2. Description of service

Sera is an AI-powered CV generator that helps you create multiple tailored CVs from a single profile. The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.

4. User content

You retain ownership of the information you submit to Sera. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to use that information solely to generate and deliver your CVs.

You may not use Sera to create content that is unlawful, misleading, defamatory, or infringing on the rights of others.

5. Payments and subscriptions

Some features require a paid subscription. Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy. By subscribing, you agree to their terms and privacy practices. Subscription fees are billed in Saudi Riyals (SAR) unless otherwise stated.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

6. Refunds

Refund requests are handled according to our Refund Policy.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms or use the service in a way that harms us or others. You may delete your account at any time.

8. Disclaimers

Sera is a tool to help you present your experience. We do not guarantee employment, interviews, or specific outcomes. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information in your CVs.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sera and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
